Users find it difficult to understand payment invoices for purchases made with the pay later method, often leading to missed payments.

Our Solution
We adjusted the page layout to clear up user confusion about bill payments, amount details, and the option for bulk payments.

Enhancing Billing Management and Payment Flexibility
Added a billing list per item and a checkbox menu to make it easier for users to select multiple items at once.
Introduced a per-item payment option on the billing page, helping users track unpaid items and enabling Shopee to send clearer notifications about outstanding payments.
Users can search and order from outlets not listed as the nearest options

Through usability testing, we use the scenario: "Imagine you want to pay your PayLater bill for a specific item because your available funds are only enough to cover one item." The task is: "Show how you can pay the bill per item until the success confirmation screen appears."

The user navigated the flow and selected the menu accurately without any misclicks.
